An Average Day
My days are focused on supporting the sales team and our customers. When customers have questions, I’m often the go-to person to help them get the information that they need. I also process orders and do invoicing. In short, I’m partnering with our customers on a number of tasks to ensure their project’s success at all phases of the process.
Past experience
Before joining the LJ team, I worked in a variety of roles such as inside and outside sales,
customer success, accounting, and administrative support. The great thing about these roles is that they really set the stage for my current position, as I get to leverage and build on all these skills here at LJ.
Favorite memory
I truly love being a part of such a great team. Everyone is incredibly creative, and it’s always interesting to see the innovative products that we get to help our customers bring to life.
Fun fact
I love camping, boating, animals, and being with family.
