Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. In this role, you will work closely with both clients and internal teams to resolves issues and identify opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their operations, product needs, and business goals.
· Develop new business by engaging prospective clients through a consultative, solution-based sales approach—identifying pain points and presenting solutions that align with their specific goals and needs.
· Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and solution-based selling.
· Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
· Oversee strategic aspects of the customer account, including pricing.
· Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, engineering, production, logistics, and quality) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
· Recognize and address client challenges and concerns promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term trust.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM/ERP systems, including sales activity, forecasts, budgeting, and communications.
· Coordinate and participate in regular account review meetings and customer visits.
· Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to identify potential risks or growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent technical experience will also be considered.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and solid negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in CRM/ERP systems for tracking sales activity, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and site visits.
- Familiarity with medical-grade textiles, commercial sewing, or custom manufacturing is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
