Your success is our success. We start by learning about you and your project to determine if it’s a mutual good fit. We continue to drill down into your technical requirements, we explore the optimal material selection, methods of manufacturing, and more. We offer recommendations to eliminate pain points, increase efficiency, boost your ROI, and ultimately deliver a superior product at scale.
We believe in creating lasting partnerships. That’s why regardless of whether you’ve come to us with a new product that you need to scale, or you have an existing product in need of a new partner, you’ll receive:
Our team is your team. We transform your ideas from specifications to scaled, manufactured products making you a hero to your customers.

Discovery
This is the stage where we get to know your company, your product, and your goals. This is where we evaluate if it’s mutually good fit. This may seem odd for a company to say, but we know we’re not going to be right for everyone, and that’s ok. We find our customer relationships are much more successful when we’ve taken the time in the beginning to establish the fit and go through a proper discovery process.
We’ll review your tech drawings, specs, and product samples and confirm this is a good initial match for both of us. Then we set up an initial technical call. Your technical team will talk to our engineering team. We’ll flesh out your specs and requirements. We may even offer a few initial product improvement suggestions.
After the meeting, we’ll develop a list of raw materials, steps and approximate production time to give you an initial estimate.
It typically takes between 1-2 weeks to complete this process depending on how far your idea is and your product’s level of complexity.
During this phase, we will also provide design recommendations to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce material cost or provide extra benefits to your customer.
If you’re a return customer placing an order for a product we’ve already developed together, then we’ll jump right into re-evaluating it for manufacture.
Development: Your Product Takes Shape
Upon approval of the initial quote, your product will then move from idea to reality.
Work on your first article of inspection (FAI) will begin once we receive your PO depending on its complexity. While your product is in this phase, we’ll contact you with any questions, suggestions for improvements or alterations that might occur.
When the FAI is done, you’ll receive it and return it with approval or revisions. Depending on the level of revisions, we may produce another sample. The quote will indicate the number of revisions allowed during this stage. Once the sample is approved the design configuration is frozen and any additional changes will require a change order. We will also send you a final quote and timeline for the pilot run and its scaled production.
Next up is the pilot run. Consider this the dress rehearsal. This allows us to make a small run (10-20 units depending on the product) to confirm all manufacturing processes. After that, the full production run begins at scale!
Production: Made to Order
Yay! Your order is in, now it’s time to let our well-oiled production line do what it does best—make your product.
The moment you send us your PO with your signed terms agreement and any needed deposit; our purchasing department will buy raw materials or reserve existing stock from our inventory.
Arrives at our Shop
When the materials are delivered to our warehouse, our team will inspect all the materials before moving them to the next phase. The quoted lead time begins once all materials arrive at our facility and pass incoming quality inspection.
Manufactured with Care
Once all your materials arrive, they will be cut, sewn and manufactured to your specifications. The signed customer approved sample will be present on the floor along with quality documents to ensure everything is built to the agreed upon specifications.
Our handwork and inspection team will put the finishing touches on each item. Then we run a final inspection before packing your product and shipping it to you.
And Delivered to You!
Once your final manufactured product arrives at its destination, please review it to ensure that it meets the agreed upon specifications. If you have any concerns, contact your account manager right away. If we don’t hear from you, our account manager will follow-up with you to discuss the project, next steps, and future orders.
