Automation Improves Efficiency
To support Concept Seating’s exacting standards and growing demand, LJ Design & Manufacturing introduced automation into the production process. Using programmable sewing, we improved both efficiency and repeatability across product lines.
We also tailor our equipment choices to best suit the variety of coverset textiles they offer. For example, we use CNC cutting for fabric materials and a die press for the precise cutting required with natural leather. This flexible, material-specific approach ensures optimal quality for every component.
